The interview consisted of a 15-20 minute conversation to confirm availability and capability to complete the job requirement tasks. After this initial interview, if you move onto the next step, a writing sample with common questions received from TEDx applicants that a Licensing Assistant would have to respond to on a daily basis. The hiring manager took about two weeks to get back to me with my rejection.
