The interview process was laid out very clearly, all the terms and conditions were clearly specified and it was a very easy process to follow through. There were also special requirements that they had, and asked about them from the beginning of the process to avoid the hassle for themselves and the employee.

Question 1
How long do you reside in your country of residence?
Easy. A pre-assessment and a round with HR where you are asked HR questions like what animal you'd like to be and other HR irrelevant questions to the position in question.
The interviewer was nice, and they explained things well. They show that they care, and they listen to your questions and answer them promptly. They speak at an even pace as well.

Interview
I was asked to schedule a fifteen minute Google Meets call with a recruiter to discuss the role and company, but the recruiter never showed up for the call. I left after ten minutes of waiting.
