It wasn't structured. It had 4+ interviewers. I never understood who was asking questions and who would ask the next one. Worst of all, they also didn't know! I was confused but they were also confused.

An online application with CV. This was followed by some Online tuition material followed by a single attempt test. Results are given a week later via email whether pass or fail. No second attempt is permitted
