Talked with HR and everything went well, Then talked with a lead member of their team. She was nice enough but asked questions that had little to do with the position for which I was applying. Her understanding of Config. Management seemed to be outside the norm, which explains why she didn't see any CM experience on my resume, considering it was 90% of what I did at my previous job... The statement "You won't be working with the best and brightest software people at TEOCO" seemed to ring true. Just glad I didn't waste any more time on them.... I thought interviewers are suppose to be your 'best face' to interest people into joining your organization, I sincerely hope she was not their best... for the other employee's sake...
