Pretty easy, goes over responsibilities of a hostess (some bussing tasks, cleanliness, maintaining restaurant's seating chart and keeping servers' sections flowing), basic questions about candidate's resume and day to day availability. Takes less than fifteen minutes
Easy. Asked simple questions. Mainly to get to know the type of person you are. Interviewer was very nice and made you feel comfortable. Fairly quick interview. Got the job after the interview and started the following week.
