TGI Fridays UK interview questions

The interview at TGI Fridays was relaxed and conversational. The manager focused on my availability, teamwork skills, and previous experience. It was a brief and uncomplicated process, making it less stressful than expected.

You have a short trial shift of 30 mins followed by a spoken interview or vice versa. During the trial shift you get tested on speed and interest, as well as ability to work under pressure. But they tend to do them on dead shifts to make sure you are not interrupting.
