TH Hill Associates interview questions

Very infoormal, managers dont have a criteria of what questions to ask. They just want to hire anybody to do the job. Because anybody can do the job. One phone interview, and then multiple face to face interview

After a phone interview I was scheduled to do a Skype interview with one of the Head Supervisors of the company. We spoke on-line for about an hour and it was a very comfortable experience. I was asked about myself and work experience. This company does allot of hiring from prior military so it was nice to see the support from the civilian sector. This made a good transition for me from 23 years of service to being a civilian.
