Confusing and misleading that communication are broken down constantly from leadership to operation staff even in getting the job description right. once posting and on the job requirement is different and no appraisal procedure. Projected very nice and bright in interview to convince prospective to join with the higher than market salary carrot but 360 different when joined in. realised that the interview is not as it is.
