Inexperienced interviewers who asked basic questions and didn't probe into work experience or ask questions connected to the role, beyond areas like physical ability to conduct the work. No rapport building or engagement with you as an individual. Overall very cold approach taken and no response received with no updates for a month before unhelpfully explaining simply that 'expectations were not met'.
