Will have an interview with HR person, where they will screen you. After that, you will interview with one or two project managers. After the interview, either they like you or not, they will ask for reference. This is a waste of time, they send a link to the references to fill some type of surveys. This does not mean, its the last step. it is just something they do to satisfy some type of protocol.
