Interview
The process started with a standard phone screening which ended with a detailed description of what the overall process would look like. The second call was scheduled with the hiring manager, followed by another call with two panels back-to-back. This is a nice departure from the common 5+ round of interviews I've seen at other companies and there was no need to submit a work sample.

Interview
The process consisted of four parts, two phone interviews and two in office interviews. The two phone interviews were with a recruiter then the hiring manager, followed by an afternoon of multiple group interviews, and lastly a skills test.
