fill out the application, answer some basic questions about availability and previous experience. They kinda desperate due to pretty high turnover, so they don't ask for much. All you need to do is to show that you're a responsible, outgoing and friendly team player. There was a lot of questions about customer service and ability to convince people to apply for their cards. After one interview with hiring manager i was offered a position.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
