The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (El Cajon, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I went on a hiring day and filled out an application in person, and then interviewed on the spot. The interview was very casual, and I fidgeted with my keys the entire time but it wasn't a problem. The manager was talking on her radio sometimes, but it made me a bit more comfortable that all her attention wasn't on me. Overall really casual, fast process.
Simple basic behavioral, come prepared witg examles of how you gave customer service in previous scenarios even if not from job. Know a little bit about the company and your golden
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
