Interview
You sit in the office and the manager asks you why you want to work there, what interests you, and what you think you can bring to the company. They asked what some positive qualities I have and my interest in fashion and retail. They ask about previous work experience as well.
very easy and simple, i felt very heard and that they were interested in my work history and what i could add to the team! over all a very good interview and place to work

I applied and they called about a week later and I was offered the position on the spot. This was my first job interview during COVID and it went fine. The manager that interviewed me is no longer there, but still a great place.
