Interview
I interviewed with a supervising manager, who seemed to love working there. The interview was very easy. She was excited that I had already worked at Marshalls before. She told me to call back a few days later. I did, but she kept telling me to call back. After about 15 days, she called and told me I was hired.
Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
