Interview
It’s a group interview , will have to show sale techniques out on the sales floor. The next time you come back you will watch videos on how tell sell to customers and how to sell the tj x card.

Scenario type questions about helping a customer with buying something on the floor.
Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
