It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.

The interview process was quick and easy and they made me feel very comfortable. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was hired seasonally but kept on part time after the holidays. One of the easiest interviews I've had.

Tell me about a time you had an issue with a coworker and how you handled it.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
