It was great! Managers were friendly and professional. The interview process didn’t take long and I was very pleased. They went through the daily procedures and expectations, which was very insightful.

Tell us about a time you handled conflict resolution
very simple, easy questions, quick and under 30 mins. know that they have a front of house and back of house; back of house typically unloads the truck in the morning.
It was a pretty basic interview, they asked all the typical interview questions. Got me in and out and were super nice. They said to dress business casual and gave me time to ask any questions I had
Professional and engaging interview process. The staff was welcoming as I visited the local store. They led me to the hiring manager who was energetic, displayed great communicable skills, and knowledgeable. I was engaged in an interview with seasoned managerial presence, history, and associate expectations. I'm delighted to join the TJ Maxx family!
