Interview
I walked in and I asked for a job. They simply took me to the back, asked me some questions and hired me on the spot. It was definitely an "on-the-moment" type of interview.
Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
