Interview
There was a face-to-face interview with two affable managers. After a series of typical interview questions about previous work experience, teamwork, skills and current studies, they explained everything about the job including salary, benefits and flexible work schedule. All in all, a pleasant experience and I got a phone call just two days after the interview. As it turned out I was working with one of the managers later on and she was always very organized and a good team leader.
It was quick and easy. Very straight forward, but thorough. It was in person and I got a call the next day that i was hired. This was three years ago so it might be different now.
The interview consisted of A brief Phone screen followed by an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were relayed to experience from last jobs and responding to customer service scenarios.

Interview
Very simple and easy and immedietly got an offer. Although I had very open availability and I speak spanish. Questions were mostly about how to handle stress or certain situations and also availaibility.
