TLC Janitorial interview questions

Interview was easy and more of a conversation. I was told that I needed to complete a background check and provide references so I could start the following week. I completed the background check, they called one of my references and because she was not available at that time they never called her back. I never heard back from the HR director, they never picked up their phone, returned my calls, or responded to emails. Highly unprofessional and inappropriate to leave your candidates hanging out to dry. Guess they do not need employees that badly. Don't waste people's time.
