TMA will require a minimum of two interviews with multiple TMA staff members and a final interview with TMA's CEO prior to selection. If they've called you in you most likely have the skill set they are looking for and the interview process is just the extra step to ensure that you are a presentable, well spoken, knowledgeable individual.
