Daar middel van een open sollicitatie werd ik uitgenodigd om op gesprek te komen. Een tweede vervolggesprek was gelijk achter het eerste gesprek aan gepland. In het eerste gesprek werd gekeken of ik goed in het team pas en in het tweede gesprek werden meer inhoudelijke vragen gesteld . Na deze gesprekken volgt er nog een test bij een extern bedrijf naar mijn persoonlijk profiel en denk capaciteiten.
Psychometric test, followed by presentation and Interview. Psychometric tests contain data interpretation and questions about working style and creativity.
