Interview
Werd via universiteitscontract uitgenodigd. Geen echte technische vragen, alleen een paar over mijn kwaliteiten. Kon een aantal van de teamleden waarmee ik zou werken ontmoeten, wat over het algemeen een aangename ervaring was. Ze boden me zo goed als de positie ter plekke aan, ondanks dat het een aantal weken zou duren voor de achtergrondcheck om voor hun uiteindelijke, officiele aanbod door te komen.

Interview
Had an hour long video interview which was great! Everyone was very friendly and nice. I was introduced to the topic and to interviewers as well as I was asked a few questions about myself. Overall a really lovely experience.

What is the policy of my university on the internships at the companies
Initially I was selected by research scientist for an internship assignment based on my CV. This was followed by a behaviourial interview by 2 of TNO managers. This is less technical and more to know about me kind of interview with a small technical question based on a scientific journal or proceeding which they give you beforehand.
