Applied online after the due date and was promptly asked to interview and take an assessment (LTP). The interview process would take two interviews. First was a culture interview that discussed the assessment results. Second was more technical.
The group decided to opt for those with more interest in the topic than experience indicating wanting a person to grow and stay in this position. Interviewers were very concerned about the length of jobs (2.5+ years in positions) for a person who was under 30. Doesnt seem to be a place very open to change/innovation though a think-take and wanting to push innovation. Seemed not entirely open to non-dutch applicants. Interviewers made odd comments about autistic people and politics.
