Interview
The first step after walking in was to take a couple of basic competency tests. One was a very VERY basic computer knowledge test and the second was to test how quickly and accurately you can type. After those tests are completed you're given a basic customer service test. If you pass all of those tests you are brought into your first interview. You're asked some basic questions. If they like you, you move on to your second interview where they tell you more about the job and your salary (for me it would have been 13$ an hour plus bonuses)
Overall it was a very pleasant experience. If you don't answer questions correctly they teach you what you did wrong, and how to answer correctly. The people were very friendly.
The only bad thing was during my second interview. The interviewer stopped mid-sentence to answer a personal call, proceeded to speak on the phone for 3-4 minutes and then dove right back into the interview without apologizing at all.

Your on the phone with a difficult customer and they want you to do something that is against company policy. Customer satisfaction has been down lately so your supervisor gives you permission to go against policy to help that customer. What do you do?
The interviewer wanted to judge my probing skills so she played a game of 20 questions with me. She picked a common item from a common grocery store and I had 5 minutes OR 20 yes/no questions to figure it out.
Great, virtual interview smooth and awesome experience, had a nice onboarding with documents also sent virtually. Best interview process, everything done on mobile phone itself....I hope other companies also follow the same process

They ask me to described myself, and then the reason why I choose this TP and why I want to do the job with that position, and they asked me about the expected salary, and they asked me to roleplay as a customer service.
