I submitted an application , was contacted 3 days later, processed interview, and started the job the next week. They received my personal information and I set up direct deposit to get paid . It took two paychecks to get my check deposited into my account.

Question 1
I was asked if I could handled stress and then was asked how do I handle stress. I was asked how I dealt with a customer who was upset as well.
The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal

It went well I've answer the question ,Also the interviewer gave a feedback base on my answer to a certain question , she gave also gave a bit information about what is ecommerce account
