Interview
It really doesnt matter how you go about it as long as you arent rude. It is entry level and they accept applicants on a revolving door basis. You are expected to fail or quit through the process because the high number of unskilled applicants brought in. The retention rate from hire to production floor is about 1 in 10.
It is a moderate process wherein your coms are tested.
They emphasis more and more on your communication skills as the required skillset for your role is given during the training.

Horrible … no one never knows anything after the interview your basically a sitting duck each time … would not recommend to anyone in need of job . Go else where where your time will be valued.

The process had a few different steps and layers during each step after a few interviews went for the drug screen and the background and was put in a starting class a couple weeks out they sent all the needed equipment to work for them I am super excited
