Interview
For me it was 2 Step, First over the phone for 15-20 mins, then Skype interview about 50-55 minutes.
Phone interview was with HR and was about my availability and willingness for the role, status of relocation to another country in order to start working, English language level and native language level.
Second interview was with department manager over skype about technical skill set, knowledge about role and the company.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
