I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Budapest) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied for a job using job searching platform. Not long after the submission, I got contacted by a very nice recruiting company who asked whether I wish to apply for a job and whether they can send my CV to the Teleperformance Greece recruitment team.
After that, I needed to wait some days and I got a call from Teleperformance Greece recruiter asking me:
1. Do I wish to continue with the application process and have an interview with their manager?
2. Do I have any questions about the job?
I informed her that I have a notice period at my current workplace for 2 months as Teleperformance needed a person in a couple of weeks. Recruiter tried to convince to quit my job now and that they can find my job in 2 months if I wish to continue with them.
We were talking on Friday and we agreed that I will decide, whether I wish to proceed with the application till Monday. During the weekend I realized that I have some questions about their offer (about leaving my current job - I have a family to support, and I can't just get leave my current job without guarantee), and on Monday I asked my questions to them. Still, I haven't received any information from them.
They have ghosted me and are ignoring me. Also, they have removed the job posting from the LinkedIn, job searching websites.
I think that their recruiters are very unprofessional and shouldn't work there as it is not good to ignore people. If they didn't wanted to hire me, they could just write it to me. I will never apply for their jobs again. They just wasted my time and energy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was no questions, they just wanted to know whether I have any question before sending my CV for manager for Skype interview.
The interview process was tedious with lot of online sections. We had about 4 assessments and in person interview. Our language fluency was tested. The test comprised of Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension and Understanding. The test was based on English and French.
Interview process very easy. Basic questions, they need people, so nothing special to mention here. I had a few tests to pass (language test, French in my case, typing speed..) I’ve spoken with a french speaker from HR, she was explaining to me life in Athens (well she “forgot” to mention how difficult is it to find an accommodation with such a low salary). We also had a quick chat in English. They took care of the flight expenses, taxi at the arrival and the first week’s hotel expenses.
Was straight forward amd to the point. Very clear on expectations of the job role amd what it entailed. Took the position as I was impressed by the micro management
