All done remotely. Applied for the job and was contacted the next day for a phone interview. Recruiter seemed to really pay attention to my answers, offered me the position on the spot.

My position is a remote position, and they had the forethought to ask what I would do to troubleshoot any issues with my home internet.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
