Interview was very tricky tho was challenging enough to get the designation and the interviewer was calm and the most humble person ever met, made me calm and headed the interview in a very comfortable manner
The interview process started with a telephonic round, proceeded to HR, followed by OPS, then OPS Technical, and concluded with the Amcat assessment, ensuring comprehensive evaluation across communication, operations, technical, and aptitude.

They asked me how you will handle frustrated clients and are you able to manage them and they ask are you comfortable with relocation. They also asked diffrence between firewall and antivirus.
