Interviste via skype/telefono e test da completare via internet. Il test si sivide in sezioni che riguarda o grammatica inglese, videoscrittura e tre domande aperte per valutare grammatica e abilità di scrittura.
Great, virtual interview smooth and awesome experience, had a nice onboarding with documents also sent virtually. Best interview process, everything done on mobile phone itself....I hope other companies also follow the same process

First was a test, one more via teams. They ask about work experience with customers service and manage the stress. After this have wait a confirm via mail if the interview was ok.

They ask me to described myself, and then the reason why I choose this TP and why I want to do the job with that position, and they asked me about the expected salary, and they asked me to roleplay as a customer service.
