It asks about the role of a supervisor, how to handle a team, effective coachinfg, guide agents in their tasks, effective leadership skills, and address behavior of agents to meet goals and expectations.
Seamless interview process. they would notify you for you to get an update about the hiring process. 2 interviews only, initial and final. final interview is more on discussing about the role and which account youd be profiled

Interactive Interview, The Interviewer was able to set expectation as to what the role i'm applying and job description. It was nerve wracking to be interviewed but it was a good experience.
