"The interview process was straightforward and simple. They asked easy and basic questions, mostly to gauge your communication skills and how you handle scenarios. There was one initial interview where they asked about your background, experience, and a few situational questions. After that, there was a final interview, which was more like a confirmation round to check if you're a good fit for the role. Once you cleared both interviews, they proceeded to give you a Job Offer (JO) on the spot or shortly after.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
