TP Technical Support Agent - Hughes interview questions

Since Hughes is technical account at TP before I was interviewed I was given a quick 2 test, one hard then the next, of my computer knowledge. The first test was basic computer things such as "Whats a monitor or "What does ctrl-c do". The second was a bit more focused on networking and company specific terminology. If your tech savvy you have nothing to worry about.
