Was a bit put off by the interviewer’s attitude throughout the interview process. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected during the conversation, and the overall experience left me disappointed.
As one of the first representatives of the company that candidates interact with, I believe HR should demonstrate professionalism and create a respectful environment. In my experience, the interviewer came across as somewhat condescending, which made the interaction uncomfortable and discouraging.
I hope the company takes candidate experience more seriously moving forward, as it reflects directly on the organization’s culture and values.

I was directed to the page with their AI chatbot to answer the questions. Some of them were open, some of them required one choice answer. At least they did that as a initial step before message from human recruiter because sometimes you don't even know whether your application was viewed or not and many companies decline silently. However, I'd rather talk to human recruiter because I feel like that was quite unbalanced: I spend my time on answering questions myself and they just send AI who still needs to be checked.
