TRED interview questions

They have you a Personality interview online to determine if you are a fit for the company. It's pretty generic stuff that can be easily faked. To me it reeks of treating employees poorly, and clueless .

Got scheduled for a interview call where I pitched Tred. Got called into the office and had an interview where they asked no questions out of the ordinary. Pay is not competitive at all as base pay is low compared to others. Did interview and went well but decided to not continue any further.
