Recruiter reached out to me for this company. He said it clearly that the H1B process at this firm is contingent to management's decision. They don't do it on a regular basis. Big red flag to me and fellow international students/ workers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TRIA Architects
Interview
Interview organized by my recruiter, met virtually with two design directors. One spoke nearly the entire time, the other seemed to be falling asleep on camera. Asked very few questions about me or my work, only asking questions to clarify my contribution to the projects I presented from my portfolio. Made it clear that I would be entering a high-pressure, 40+ hours/week role and that some past candidates “just couldn’t cut it”

Question 1
What was your contribution to this project? (For all projects in my portfolio)
