First they asked me about myself. Then they gives me some coding questions. After that they ask me about programming concepts like OOPs. And also asked about some frameworks and front end development.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TRON (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
First round with a friendly and professional internal recruiter. Second round was technical with two of the Software Engineers. Did not proceed to the next round as the match wasn't great. Got response and feedback from the recruiter shortly after, no time wasted.
The people all seemed quite nice and chill, not a stressful or confrontational process at all. Looks like a great place to work at.

Interview
Quick and thorough. Includes phone screens and onsite. I spoke with a recruiter to establish a good understanding of expectations and what I am able to bring and learn at the company. The recruiter was very helpful through the screening and answering my questions. Was able to get a call scheduled and the meeting was prompt. I got a chance to meet multiple team members along with the VP of Engineering at the time. Did a whiteboarding challenge with my direct manager who answered a lot of day-to-day questions as well.
