They interview went smooth but the HR is unaware of the responsibility they hold. They were informed about documents required which they assured to cross check before hiring. They hired and then kept taking time and never cooperated. The HR department is a mess where there are inefficient people who don't even know what they are allowed to do and what not. They hardly cooperate and are unprofessional. They try dealing with employees on personal level because of their nationality.

Consited of 2 video interviews. Interviewers were very friendly and easy going. Focused on your school experience and knowledge related to position. Showcase what you know and why you would be a good fit for the position.

I was a bit nervous in the beginning but the interview was very well executed and was not overwhelming. Their evaluation process is quite interesting and there were several different tasks that had to be completed.
