      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TRUSTED SHOPS (Amsterdam) in Mar 2026

      Interview

      The interview process consisted of three stages. The first was an initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Partner which was very friendly, structured, and gave a clear overview of the role and company. The second stage was a more in-depth discussion with the Managing Director. This conversation focused more on my experience, approach to sales, and how I could fit within the company’s vision and goals. The final stage was an in-person assessment day at the office. I was invited to prepare a presentation based on case studies, and it was a very engaging and well-organised experience. I was also invited to join the team for lunch, which made the day feel very welcoming and gave me a great sense of the company culture. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and very positive, with a strong emphasis on both skills and cultural fit.
