      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TSMC (San Jose, CA) in Sept 2014

      The first interview was phone interview. It was about 1.5 hours with Sr. customer support specialists. There were two people interviewing me at the same time. Then, after few days, I got email for a second interview, which is a on-site interview. I was interviewed by one HR, two customer support specialists again.

      There were 2 interviews by online. This position is customer-oriented and communication-focus. Need to liaise between customers and production in Asia. Pro: Customers are the first tier companies in the industry. Con: The team member needs to have conference calls with Asia team at night if project is needed.
