Interview process consisted of three separate interviews with owners of the company. The first was with the co-managing partner. He quizzed me on basic mathematical equations used to monitor metrics - very insulting. The second was with the Data Center and Operations Manager. She was friendly but didn't provide any real answerable questions. Interaction with her felt more like process than anything. The last was with founder.. He's combative, argumentative, and threatening. I felt like I stepped in a Broadway showing of, "Glengarry Glen Ross". Absolutely horrible interview process.
