for station collector, you had to do a math test and if you did well you went into an interview and it was heavy customer service base with situational questions

The interview was informal and the hiring manager made me feel comfortable. He explained the role and asked me a series of mostly behavioural questions. I was asked about how I handled situations in the past and how I would handle a situation that could arise during the course of the job.
