TUI Group Customer Service Advisor interview questions

After my telephone interview I was invited to a virtual interview and I found out that TUI don't actually care about their employees having an interest in tourism. As long as you can demonstrate customer service and sales experience then you don't actually have to care about the tourism industry.

5 minute ice breaker - Had to choose a song that you represented you the best and explain why using examples of your life. Group exercise, putting a list in priority order - Looking for how you work in a team, what you bring to the team. So don't be quiet and not be overpowering. Maths exam - Take a calculator with you and learn your percentages if you can't remember how to do them. Call listening - Talk to the person about the job and concentrate on what their doing. 1-1 interview if you passed the bench mark for the maths exam and group exercise.
