TUI Group Holiday Line Advisor interview questions

First started with a welcome presentation and then there was a group interview and maths test and then a one to one and also then role play where you would have to pretend you answered a call to a customer and they give you different scenarios. In between the group interview and the one to one interview you have to wait to see if you made it to the second half.
