The process took 3+ months, with analytical and reasoning tests, phone interview and assessment center. The phone interview was quite general. The assessment center took place in Luton and lasted 2 days. It was very intense and challenging. We had 6 exercices, both individuals and in groups. No standard interview took place during the assessment center.
