The process was quite long and took almost two months. I applied on their website and had an initial call with the recruiter about a week later, which went well. This was followed by a call with the hiring manager and an engineering manager from the team, which also went smoothly.
The next stage was an on-site technical interview with two engineers from the TV4 office. This round went well; the interviewers were supportive, gave ample time to explain solutions, and asked relevant follow-up questions.
After that, I had a final team round, which also felt positive. However, after this stage, communication stopped unexpectedly and I did not receive any final feedback or outcome.
I followed up twice with the hiring manager but did not receive any response. After the silence, I also contacted the recruiter, but still did not get any clear closure or feedback. I was expecting a more professional way to conclude the process.
The recruiter was part of the process, but there appeared to be limited visibility into the final decision-making stage.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TV4 (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
One of the employees published a LinkedIn post asking for new data scientists while hiding the true company name. Interested, I applied. Turns out that that employee did so so he could get a reward for hiring new talent...
I didn't go through the "official channels" but discovered that my resume had landed at TV4 without my knowledge. I greatly dislike the fact that a lot of things aren't done in the right and official way, but rather under the table.
The interview process was pleasant, I got to meet members of the team and was given a small technical assignment. The assignment wasn't challenging, simple tabular data and designing a model around it... but unfortunately, it didn't reflect the work duties I would have.
The two people who interviewed me left the company soon after, and many more did. The rate at which employees leave was a huge red flag but I didn't pay attention. If you interview there, I recommend you ask them about this.

General "interview" questions, nothing unique or special
All in all a great interview. The interview was very relaxed and the interviewer where welcoming, fun and made the interview feel like a conversation rather than an irrigation. This made me feel like I could show how I would fit the job in an natural way. Would recommend applying for positions at TV4 ad I enjoyed the interviwing process.
