I applied through the company web site. I received an e-mail three weeks later from an HR representative, who scheduled a phone interview later that week. Two supervisors called me on speaker phone for the interview. First, they gave me some information about the job (in addition to what was in the posting) and allowed me to ask some questions. Then, they informed me that the interview would consist of ten questions, and if I wanted, I could skip a question and come back to it later. Most of the questions were behavioral-type questions.
After I finished answering the questions, they gave me the opportunity to ask additional questions about the position. They gave informative answers to my questions. They said that they had some additional phone interviews scheduled for the following week, and after that, they would bring in some of the candidates for on-site interviews. They did not contact me again.
